Cast from pure virgin LM BS 1490 LM6 (Special) aluminium, it is about a third of the weight of a cast iron potjie, will never rust, and needs no seasoning or curing. The three legs are removable, the fitted lid keeps the moisture where it belongs, and the even heat means your food cooks the way it should.
Available in sizes 2 to 10, each sold as a set with its fitted waxed canvas cover. Cook it on coals, open fire or gas, wash it with whatever is in the sink, and one day hand it down with a name cast into the lid.
