SHIPPING POLICY

1. MADE TO ORDER

Every Pottie is Hand-Cast to order at our foundry. Please allow 5-10 business days for casting and finishing before your order is handed to the courier. Personalised pieces (custom-cast lids and corporate branding) can take a little longer - we will keep you informed.

2. DELIVERY AREAS AND TIMES

- We deliver throughout South Africa via tracked courier.
- Courier delivery typically takes 2-4 business days from the day your order ships, depending on your location. Outlying areas may take a day or two longer.
- We do not currently ship outside South Africa. If you would like an international delivery, contact us and we will quote you.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

- Orders over R3 000: FREE shipping.
- Orders under R3 000: the shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

4. TRACKING

As soon as your order leaves the foundry you will receive an email with your tracking link. You can also view your order status on the Site at any time through the link in your order confirmation email, or by signing in to your account.

5. DELIVERY DETAILS

- Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are correct at checkout - couriers use them to reach you on delivery day.
- If a delivery fails because the address was incorrect or nobody was available after reasonable attempts, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- Please inspect your parcel on arrival. If the packaging or product is damaged in transit, note it with the courier where possible and contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can resolve it quickly.
