Description

Warm potbrood straight off the coals is its own food group. The Broodjie is our Hand-Cast aluminium bread pan, built for golden pot bread, roosterkoek and loaves on the fire or in the oven.

Cast from pure virgin LM BS 1490 LM6 (Special) aluminium, it spreads heat evenly for a consistent bake, never rusts, and needs no curing or special care. Put a few coals on the lid to brown the top, the way the old hands do it.

Available in Medium and Large, each sold as a set with its fitted waxed canvas cover. Light enough to lift with one hand, tough enough for decades of Sunday loaves.

Shipping & delivery

Hand-made to order - allow 5-10 business days. Delivered countrywide.
